it is a credit card scam. I recieve the same companys calls under many different numbers. finaly got tired of it. The recording identifies itself as card member services.

Recorded message telling me this was my last opportunity to get a lower interest rate on my credit card before "stimulus" expired. I talked to a live person to see what was going on, and "Jim" said he worked for "Card Member Services." When I pressed further, he said he was calling about my "Chase Citi Capital One Visa and MasterCard." I asked how he got my number and Jim hung up... (BTW, I don't have a credit card balance and don't have cards with any of those banks). Caller ID said, "Unknown Name" and phone number 505-570-4220. When I called the number back, it was a disconnected phone number.
