This phone number is associated with scam artists in New Mexico. Do NOT answer. Years ago, their scam was to tell people they won money and get their account numbers. Now, they are pretending to be a collection agency and threatening people to pay back payday loans that people don't remember taking out. BEWARE! They are using the name Rose Gilbert and pretending to be an attorney who will have you arrested if you don't pay. Then when you come up with a payment, they want more or they will still have you arrested. Please be careful people. I just had a client who fell victim to this scam.
