It is ARS debt collections. They called me and asked for someone I don't know. Don't know how they got my number, but it's a legit company. However, they did call me back-to-back (immediately after I didn't answer the first time), which is rude and probably harassment. There is a rule in my family that two consecutive calls in a row means "pick up, it could be an emergency". So that worked against me answering an unknown number. They woke me up, and had the wrong number. I was a little put off.
