This is a Terrorist Phone Number Phisher calling random numbers to see what Clueless Idiots will answer an unknown number or worse, be stupid enough to call it back which identifies the number of the idiot as being a valid number to add to Teleterrorist's database.

Called me today and left no message. I called the number back and a recording says I have reached a number that has been disconnected.
When I get a phone unfamiliar to me, I let it ring and wait for voicemail to kick in. This is one of those scams. Looks like the DO NOT CALL LIST is not doing it's job.
