Ann from account services is trying to lower my credit card rate again. She is calling from the FIFTH new number in two weeks because I've blocked all the other numbers. This never ends Been going on for almost three years now.

recorded call solicits claims to lower credit card interest rate. Started with pre-recorded message then provided a prompt to talk with live person who abruptly hung up when I told them I had no credit card debt. I intended to advise them not to call, but they hung up before I had a chance.
