Told me there was no problem with my credit card, but to press 1 to talk to a live representative about improving my rates. The live rep said they will give me better rates on my existing credit card, when asked to remove me from the list they hang up.

"Lower credit card interest"
I get calls almost daily from "Card Holder Services", "Card Services" and "Account Services". These people will NOT allow you to request that they not call you. They hang up on you immediately when they learn that you are not interested in being scammed. I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD! WHY CAN'T THESE PEOPLE BE STOPPED?
