Wrong number
Guy called me about "an important business matter". I'm retired and have never been in business. Very thick South Asian accent, had a hard time understanding him. Kept trying to get me to say my name, became very rude when I told him to give me his. Told him to pass me to a supervisor and he hung up. Complete scam.
this number shows up on my caller ID several times per week. Tonight I answered it. The woman on the line, who spoke very poor english, stated an associate needed to speak to me about a very important Rogers matter. I asked if she was calling from Rogers and she replied yes. Said she had to transfer me, but the call disconnected after a few seconds of hearing background call centre noise. I am a current customer of Rogers and am completely up to date on my bill...suspect a scam
