Most large companies have the same posted outgoing number. The call goes thru a Centrex phone system. It does not display individual incoming or outgoing phone numbers. It is the Mayo Clinic. Usually asking you to schedule an appointment.

Every phone inside Mayo Clinic system calls out will leave this phone number. For some reasons, they don't want their phone number exposed for no reasons. I don't know the reasons but I accept their practice and won't block it although I believe even I block it I can still receive phone from them. Whoever is interested, you may call their operator, 507-284-2511, to find somebody to explain to you.

Yes, they called. Didn't leave a message and when I tried to call the number, I got a message that they were sorry about this call. I tried to call Mayo with another number I have and just kept getting the message, "thank you for waiting, we will be with you shortly". This is tough for people with cell phones as it eats up their minutes. Also, on this page, it says the caller is Mayo Clinic and when I click on that section, they want money to look up the owner of the phone number, 507-538-1700. WHAT A BUNCH OF BS. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION IN AMERICA. JUST WHAT IS GOING ON THAT MAYO WOULD ALLOW THIS?
