The call was about lowing my credit card rate. Robo call and said to push a number to speak to a live person. I did and then told the person that I was on the do no call registry and he hung up on me. I get these calls CONSTANTLY!

"lower your rates" scam . When press 1 to talk to rep and when talk to rep and ask name the name was given "ANGEL" AND when asked about which card you are calling about then he started ahh, emmm blah blah and call hung up on me.

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone. I did not answer and they left no message. Other websites state this is "Card Services". My number is registered with donotcall.gov, so I filed a report against them.
