Cordial Indian gentleman wanted to help us "Go Green" without any increase in our electric bill. We apologized for not being interested, and hung up.
The Caller ID was "Candia Dawn"; my first thought was "A stripper is calling!".
The woman "Jessica" clearly spoke with an Indian accent and other callers could be heard in the background. When I pleasantly asked what country she was calling from she ignored me and went on with her spiel. I asked in what country her phone back was located, and she sounded annoyed and said "Ma'am, I'm trying to..." I interrupted her and scolded her for being "rude" after interrupting my afternoon, and I would expect her to at least answer my question. I heard the dial tone. It was at least a little revenge.

Called several times and left no message. I know no such person.
She just called me and didn't leave a message. Her phone # is blocked.

This number has been calling me three or four times a day. The caller ID says Candia Dawn.
