Say his name was Tom White. He was calling from Law and Investigations office. He said if I don't call back the only thing he could do is wish me good luck. Have my attorney call then he said BYE!!! in a mean voice. He had a foreign accent and it came up on caller Id as Massachuesetts. He's calling my job and my cell phone.

Received a call from this number today. The lady said her name was Samantha June. She said she was calling about Payday Loan I took in August of 2009 from US Cash Advance, that I never paid back I have never taken a Payday Loan ever, so I know its a scam. She said there was a lawsuit against me and started rambling off all this numbers on how much its going to cost me. It was like over $10,000 dollars. But then she said if I paid $1,300 it would all go away, and if I didn't I would go to prison for 5 years. This lady also had a very strong foreign accent. Possibly Indian, or Arabic.

Also, on a side note, my last name is Zimmer, and she called me Mr. Zimmwe, which would be a common mistake of I typed WE rather than ER. So obviously she got my info from somewhere online. I do a lot of online shopping, so it doesn't suprise me.

Anyways, long story short, don't give them any money!
