this guy has been calling my phone for 2 weeks and won't stop looking for my husband. told me he had a pay day loan out for the amount of 700 and was going to press charges against him if he didn't pay it. we have never had a loan. i told him i had bank statements proving that we never got a pay day loan. he has been calling his work as well. his work is very fed up with him calling because he tries to take up all the lines. i have contacted a lawyer who is a friend from high school. if i can figure out his name and get his address i am going to try and press charges.my husband's work has called their lawyers to see if they could do something about him calling so many times. it went so far yesterday to them having to call a sheriff and him having to talk to my husband and he even talked to the guy and he hung up on the sheriff. at one point yesterday, he used my number to call my husbands work while i was on the phone with my husband. i called my phone company and changed my number and had him blocked from my husbands phone and my phone. at and t wouldn't block him from his works phone. i'm hoping there is something we can do. my husband found his address on line so hopefully my friend can do something for me. i don't think there is much we can do, but number swapping is a federal offense so if he gets caught, he can be charged with a federal offense

Calls saying I have an unpaid payday loan from Cash Advance. I have never made a payday loan. Rude and relentless.... told me to "shut my mouth" and said he knows how us Americans are thieves and never pay back loans to HIS company!! I made sure to have fun and waste about 30 minutes of his day!! Finally just hung up on him and he called back from a blocked number. THIS IS A SCAM !!!!

This guy has called my place of employment asking for a co-worker over 50 times today alone, all from an blocked number. He identified himself as Joshua Parker (indian accent) and stated he was calling from a legal firm who was suing this co-worker. Finally, I was able to get him to leave a callback number and called it back asking to speak with a manager. Well, guess who the manager was? None other than Mr. Parker (aka Mr. Hubeeb) himself. I told him he was calling the Court of Justice, and so far the calls have ceased. For today anyway.

This person keeps calling our business number @ 770-422-8913 & 678-797-6000 and he continues to call back to back to back. Several people have tried telling to stop calling but he just keeps on calling. The police has been out to speak with him as well several times, but ignores and keeps calling. Please stop him from call ing these numbers.

Keep calling work # and cell phone, legal actions will be taken if I don't pay the money they are asking, saying cash advance is the company that I owe. I don't owe them never have. Said his name was Mark Foster, with indian accent. that was a red flag to me. The supervisor name was Michael Lee- same voice. Saying they will call my job to report me. Had my last 4 digits of ss#. Harassing and threaten my job. Told them I will look into this myself. Please get these scamers. Con artist that know to much info. Also did repeat my email address to me. I'm think got me from my email account.

Has called my house and a cell stating the same things listed above....Would love to know how to get him to stop calling!!!!

Keeps calling my business asking for an employee. Was told she wasn't here today, so he called at least 5 more times. I told him what I found on this site and have my phone company looking into how to block the number. Thick Indian accent, identified himself as "Marlon Marker," but only by spelling it--completely unintelligible otherwise.

after i told this guy what i found on this site, he hasn't tried calling again, so that's a plus, i was really hoping to get him to leave me another message though. so props to the last person for having him recorded!

Have been calling and harrassing me since April. call saying you owe them money and i gave him some of my money in April only to find out now Its a avance. Im calling the BBB on this guy and getting my hard earned money back.

This is a scam! They are very aggressive and threatening legal action. He says his name is Randy Washington. The first pitch is that they will take me to court. I told him that I never received a loan from ANY of his companies and to please take me to court as I can prove from my bank statements that I never received a loan, he then changes his tune and does not want to take me to court, but wants to speak with my supervisor which he has no right to do. He will keep calling back for an hour or so and then quit for the day.

he has been blowing uo my phone demanding information saying there has been a claim regarding my husband social sercurity number and when I told him to stop calling he called consistly for an hour

Same exact thing has been happening to me, he actually sent me to his "supervisor", steve something, who sounded exactly the same as the first guy. I told them they needed to stop calling me and hung up. "jarred" called back so i hit the reject button and he left a very threatening message saying he was very upset that i hung up on his manager and that he would call my place of employment if he needed to. I looked up his number and found all of this and told him so and said i'd call the cops if he called again. He called right back, i rejected the call and he hasn't yet called back. we'll see what happens now. I'm going to start saving all the messages if i receive any more and taking it to court.

calls and says they have information on me and are doing an investigation. They say they have all my personal information. they place me on hold saying they will get the manager and then hang up.

Keeps callin my cell and job. Talking about I owe a loan and I'm bein charged with fraud or whatever
