She called me said that I qualify for a $2000 loan but I need to send $145 first

Got a Call from this number...I applied for a loan Installment Loan Direct and much to my surprise I got a call saying that I was APPROVED. BUT something didn't sit well with me the Lady had a Indian accent but said her name was Kelly I decided to let her talk according to her even with a really really really bad credit score I qualified for 4x's as much as I asked for. NO FREAKING WAY!!! Now keep in mind I am very much in need of funds so I realize I make the perfect target for a scammer I wait then the other shoe drops. She say that my loan is approved but I just need to pay for insurance on the loan $145 via money gram to some chick name Marina Cruz and in 20 mins they would send the money and also refund $145 Light Bulb Moment, if you're offering me money BUT asking me for money you ain't got no DAMN MONEY. I went back to the website and the was a notice about this scam on their contact us page

They keep calling my number asking for Richard Conkey and that whoever this guy is, applied for a loan. It's my number but there is no Richard Conkey here. They don't stop

I received a phone call from Jason Blair and also spoke with Richard. They both said that they could give me a loan for $15,000. In the meantime, I gave them $2,600, but never received loan.
