Sept. 11th 2015 - they called twice and left messages that the IRS was a legal case against us. 509 228 7206. Evil people !

Have called them back numerous times in a row...they keep hanging up on me! They left the same message saying they were the IRS ... One person asked what I ordered...I said I thought this was the IRS...then they hung up again!

Left a message that I was being sued by the IRS & left this # to call back. I know for a fact the IRS contacts you by mail numerous times to settle an issue. (I'd made a mistake on my taxes & as soon as I sent the correct form all was forgiven.) Wish i knew where to report this.

My mother received a call today from this number as well. They told her that if she did not go to Walmart and transfer funds to them the deputy would be at her house with a warrant. She called me in a panic, as she was heading out to Walmart to do what they asked. I sure hope something is done about this. Some people do believe them.

I also received a call... My 87 yr old mother was in a panic that I was being sued by the IRS. I called this number back knowing it was most certainly a scam. A woman answered and said she had to look me up and asked for my cell number. I said you didn't call on my cell number and I won't give it to you until I know this is a legitimate call. She said she needed to put me on hold and 20 seconds later dropped the call. Why can't these scammers be immediately shutdown once the phone number is reported? This number originates from Spokane Washington area.

Call today saying that I was being sude by IRS and I need to call back at 509-228-7206. I did call back. They had correct last name, but then started asking me for personal information "to verify call" I asked to talk with a supervisor. Agent then started yelling at me as to why I wanted to talk toa supervisor. I told them I was contacting the FBI and then terminated the call.

They left a voicemail saying they were IRS and they had a lawsuit against me. I called them back immediately and a middle eastern woman identified herself as IRS Agent Brown. I told her I was a certified law enforcement and told her I would be coming after hem for scamming people. She asked me why I would call back if I didn't think they were IRS. I again told her I was a law enforcement officer and I would go after them for harassment if they "fucking continued their bullshit." She said "fuck you" and hung up.

Got a call today from this number. Im on the Do not Call list but it doesnt seem to help the spam calls. I get about 10 a day.

received a call this morning and one yesterday claiming the same thing. I haven't called back and I won't. Sounds like a hoax to me.

Call received twice. Voice mail states being sued by IRS. Call back and ask who they are trying to reach but they just hang up.
Comes in like a international call.
