Definitely an IRS phishing scam! I'm now waiting for the Sheriff to come arrest me for tax evasion, fraud & "running away" from the IRS. The reason I have no alternative to arrest is that I have no cell phone for him to conduct the alleged IRS payment transaction. He hung up the moment I told him I was recording the call, but I took pleasure in wasting a lot of his time!

Total scam - they are calling from a call center in India. The IRS would never call someone, they send letters
