This is the second time in two months that I have received these IRS calls. #509-492-3664. Called our police dept. and they said to ignore - that this is a scam. Blocked the number in my phone.

these people call two and three times a day it is very annoying.

Second call from 509-492-3664 and the third was from 509-288-4639. After the third message stating"The IRS if filing suit""This is our final call" I chose to make the call back.A man answered IRS and identified himself as Alex Jones Badge # IRM6277 I was told a warrant was issued in my name and that an officer would be at my front door in 45 minutes to arrest me unless I resolved with him in the amount of $8986.77. I told this "india voiced man"named Alex Jones badge # irm6277 that when I have papers in my hand I would research this so called audit from 2008-2014. He told me that someone already had been to my house and that I did not answer the front door and he left a yellow note on the door. I told him no such thing happened and he told me to stop arguing with him. I knew it was not real and I kept telling him get me paperwork to prove I owe and he would says well the warranty is issued for your arrest. When I told him I would never pay without paperwork he said will I am transferring you to my supervisor and thats when i hung up.

the caller said the irs was threatening to sue it was machine generated left on an answering machine I have now blocked that number.

machine said they are IRS and filing lawsuit against me, need to call them. They are frauds. phone no is 509-288-4639

We got 2 calls from this number today and 2 from 509-492-3664 earlier this week saying the exact same thing.

I got the call also. Three times and they are putting a lawsuit against me. The calls come at the top of the hour. How can we stop this so other people don't pay because they are scared.

"Call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. More information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 509-288-4639. I repeat 509-288-4639. Thank you."
This is a scam, identified by IRS as phishing for information from you. Ignore the call. The IRS never initiates contact with a phone call.

My mother rec'd a call this morning as well saying "This is the last attempt to reach you before the IRS sues you." She blocked them.

They're calling me, too. 3 times a day. It's a house phone, so I have to see about blocking the number.

Machine message stating this is the ..rs mumbled, and that the IRS is filing lawsuits against you. And to call our "Dept." at 509 288-4639.

Ignore this and block it since the IRS doesn't call you, instead, the IRS would send a letter along with information and instructions to avoid legal action.
