Just called me, robot message stating they are about to sue me (this is a business number) This is not the IRS, they like to spend money and mail you thousands of letter, that way they have paper trails that they contacted you. They will not Robot call you!

Yes they did. I have been receiving this calls for 2 months now. They said IRS was suing me. So called i googled the number. Thanks everyone for your messages.

Yes. It is a scam. Do NOT call them back.

Info on how to deal with this from the IRS http://www.irs.gov/uac/Report-Phishing

If it was the IRS calling, it would be a live person, not an automated call. You should ask for their name, badge number and call back number, then check with the IRS to see if they are legitimate.

I got one too. IRS would notify by certified mail and a case # would be provided. Definitely a scam!
