They claimed they were the IRS filing a lawsuit. We have been being harassed by this scammer for over a year. Reported to many organizations and they keep using different techniques. They call almost daily, it is driving me crazy. Sometimes three times a day. They have been computer repair from Apple calling about our security wall, IRS lawsuit, there was another lawsuit, anything to get your information or get into your computer. It usually is someone that sounds like they are from India or Bart Simpson convenience store. Keep your mind sharp, because they will even try to call you early in the morning to take you off guard.

i called...they hung up...i called 2nd time, and they only spoke in a foreign language...

I got the same call.

They claimed they were the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. They said to call them back, but I never did and I would advise against doing so.

Hang up..looked up on another site...irs scam.
