Same here
Voice mail saying to call or have lawyer call number back about important issue. Says he is an officer.. Officer of what? Call back is either busy or hangs up.

Trying to say you need to retain a lawyer and return the call, but foreign accent and doesn't pronounce some words correctly. Doesn't say what department out what the legal issue is supposed to be.
