Electronic Voice saying I owe the IRS
I called the number back, someone from Africa, stating he is "John Smith" and that my husband owes $13,000 to the IRS. When I question him further he always hangs up. I called back several times and he finally told me I was wasting his time as well as my own and hung up on me again.
