IRS sends a letter for audits, they'd do the same for collections.

Left two recorded messages saying I was being sued by the irs. Trying to call back and it rang and rang. A message came on saying the person you tried to reach is unavailable try back later. Yeah I will be right on that. I knew something was wrong when they said I was being sued by the irs. I don't think they jump right into like that with a phone call.

Called twice and left a voicemail saying the irs is filing a lawsuit against me

I got a voice mail, twice one at 1130am and one at 2:20pm. It was a recorded message stating that I needed to contact them about my case number. Left the above phone number to call back.
It was a recorded "woman's" voice, sounding like my voice mail.

Said his name was Officer Davis from the IRS and there was a lawsuit from the IRS against me for around $4986.30 and a warrant for my arrest. Called me sir and told him I was a woman and he said he liked women and then called me babe. Talked to his "supervisor" Officer Mark Jackson as well.

Callers name was Roy Jacob said he was from IRS and that I owed almost 4k in fraudulent taxes and there was a law suit against me.
