I just received a call that IRS is suing me for back taxes. She gave me a case number and proceeded to give me her badge number. She said that I owe over $6000 in back taxes. I asked her if this was a scam and she stated to wait for a call from the sheriff's department and then hung up. Just hang up ITS A SCAM

I have received multiple calls from this number and from other numbers referring me to this number. They claim to be working for the Dept. of Justice. I've actually have been threatened by the middle eastern sounding man. He said the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I didn't give him any more information than just my name. He wanted more, but I told him the IRS has all my information. I wish I could get them to stop harassing me!

received call at 5am....automated saying IRS is suing me. Called back and got some middle eastern dude on the phone, told him that IRS doesn't call, plus a few added words and hung up. We will see if this stops them from calling me.

I received one and said same thing I told them to call the sheriff

Left a message on my answer machine said IRS has a case ,,,

There is a warrant for my arrest and being sort out by the IRS who have audited me from 2009-2011... and I owe back taxes of $7000. I asked to have paperwork sent to me and I will contact our accountant.

I received an early morning call. It was an automated call warning me that the IRS was going to sue me. I hung up.
