Received a voice mail to day and when I called I was told that this is the IRS and that they were going to file a lawsuit against me and asked for my name and address. I told them that I would not give it to them until they could prove they were the IRS, at which point the lady said ":see you in jail and then in hell" I hung up will wait to see if I get another call

I also got an automated call (woman's voice) telling me they were the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me and to call back at the number they called from. What a DB, whomever this is! I was like wtf for at least 3 minutes! How rude! Stupid Hobbknobber

Scam Caller, says he is from the IRS in Washington DC, but isn't. Should be stopped immediatly. I'm going to press charges. I forgot the name of the caller, but he claimed tha he wants to speak to a man named Paul. I asked him where he is calling from and regarding what. He told me, that he is calling from the IRS - Internal REvenue Service from Washington DC, after I asked him a couple of times. When I searched this phone# 509-588 7382, I've learned about this page and a few other people calling this # or received calls from this phone#.

This idiot called my son today and threatened him the same way. Really worked up him up. These are the who need to be shot.

They cslled me too and the guy cant even speak good english. I told him if the IRS wannts me then come get me n he started sweaaring at me so I did the same and told him I will find him

Received a voice mail telling me to call back to find out the case file that is against me. Requested I call back.

Got a call from this number this morning. They left a message saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.

I received a call yesterday from the IRS about a lawsuit against me. I call the number today, 509-588-7382 and spoke with "Agent Jordon", When I asked for his badge number he gave me CR5010. When I asked for where he was calling, he told me Constitution ave, in Washington, DC. I asked him for a direct number to call him back and got 202....and then nothing, guess it really wasn't the IRS!

Mom got a call yesterday and I took knew it was a scam. I erased the message and deleted the number because I know she will call and get nervous that the IRS is coming after here. I called them back and the phone rang for a long time. When it was finally answered the person on the other end could not even speak English. It also sounded like he propositioned me to which I told him to keep dreaming! I also told him I was reporting the call.

They left me a message on my voicemail today a little after noon. Just said that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call the number right away. Knowing that the IRS never calls, they use cert. letters, I was pretty sure it was a scam. So, I checked the number here and sure enough, it is a scam!! I hope they get these people, because they only ones to fall for this will be our seniors that are easily scared by these sorts of people. I hope they get nailed fast! Also, thanks to the other posters, we all need to make sure we report these sorts of things, and not just face to face, but on line where more people can see it. They can run, but with our help, they will not be able to hide!!!!!!

I just received the same voice mail with regard to the IRS having filed a lawsuit against me. Added the number to my reject list.

Same here, got some belgerant fool telling me the same thing and got real nasty when I wanted to write down information!

Automated message stating they were the IRS and I needed to contact them back at 5095887382 because their was a problem with the filing of my taxes and the return I received.

I messed with them and told them, You are exactly right, I have been working with the IRS. I actually owe 10 times what you have quoted. Can I just send the check to you personally. Should I put your personal name on the check or IRS? Are there any fees for me not paying quicker? Can I just have you do a direct withdrawl? Then Hung up. Boy did he call back quick. Told him I was messing with him and hung up again. Be careful though. I do not know if charges can be billed to my phone number for calling it back.

I also got a call today from 509-588-7382 saying it was my final warning that the IRS was suing me. No letters from IRS, so its a scam. I'm waiting!!!
