This scam caller has been busy. I received 2 calls at 5 AM claiming that I was being sued by the IRS. I did not call back. All comments have been very helpful. Thanks everyone. This jerk needs to be caught

CID said Washington. It just went to "missed call" since I was at work.
This is my cell phone! I thought it's illegal to call a cell phone.

I got a call saying it was the IRS and I had done fraud on my taxes. The man said he was coming to my house tomorrow to arrest me and put me in jail for two days and than deport me. I'm a US citizen.

Called me at 3:00pm east coast, automated number left message they were filing a lawsuit! I tried calling back twice, no voice mail to leave a message to. SCAM!

Also got the call from the Indian guy. I called but i heard nothing but loud machines in the background and then he hung up

14 Jul, 2015, 12.48 pm EDT. Robocall-identified themselves as the IRS, "giving final notice before filing lawsuit."-was told to call this number back. This is scam/fraud, and numerous FCC violations since they called a cell # on the Federal DNC list.

I just received the automated call from this number saying they were from Verizon. Same Indian guy in a loud environment.

I got an automated call from this number that said they were the IRS and filing a lawsuit against me. The message said to call back and when I did it was an Indian guy in a loud environment. I think its a scam.
