I got 7 calls from this number within the last day and a half. They leave a message saying i'm being sued by the IRS. I'm sure it's a scam because I got these calls last year about this same time too saying I need to make a payment over the phone. I filed a complaint with the real IRS and they said they'd look into it.

I received the same just now. Is it scam?

called twice yesterday to tell me that it was the IRS, which had sued me. Left this number, 509-588-7454, to call about the lawsuit. I did not, as it was clearly a scam.
