Said a lawsuit is being filed against me by IRS for unpaid taxes. Asked me to call them about the IRS claim against me. An obvious SCAM. I have no unpaid taxes.

Caller: They said/implied it was the IRS

The same thing has occurred to me and now waiting to speak to an IRS agent to report. I will soon put this on FB.

The caller told me he was calling from ITS and they have a warrant out on me for unpaid taxes.

Recording claiming final notice from IRS before filing a lawsuit against me. When I call back number they ask for my claim no. I say I don't have one never having received a notice from IRS then Hispanic sounding person on phone supposedly looks up my claim no. But I can't understand her voice and eventually hangs up.
