I too received a call from this phone number at 5:32 am - Sunnyside, Washington leaving a recording about a lawsuit. As the above person mentioned the IRS would mail a certified letter.

They left me a message saying to call them but never identified who they were. i tried calling to see who it was, but number wasn't working! MUST BE SPAM!! :(

Yep, same thing happened to me. This is a scam that should be reported to the actual IRS.

I have gotten 3 calls from the above area code in the last 2 days stating they are IRS wanting to contact me to get money owed to government. Scam call.

Claims to be the IRS, always from Sunnyside, Washington (509 area code), but the number changes. Called me 3 times in 3 days, 2 times left a robo voicemail that was cut off. I called back and it was a woman who spoke English as a second language. Told her to take me off you call list and she said, "Then don't answer the phone, jerk." And hung up. I would just block them outright, but they've changed their number three times now.
