Threatened me, lied to me and collected personal information illegally by calling contacts and saying they were threw approval loan company!

I don't understand how this people are supposed to be collection Agency somebody was trying to argue with me and then threatening to call the state on me which I think they should able to do that! I forgot the lady's name but she sure didn't sound Professional
