They claim they can help lower my credit card rates. When I select 1 to be connected to an operator, it takes several rings to be connected. When someone comes on and asks if I want to lower my interest rates, I ask their name, and they immediately hang up.

Caller implied she was from "my" credit card company's card services department and wanted to help me lower my interest rates. But she must first have ALL my credit card numbers to proceed. She would not identify exactly which card company she represented. She hung up immediately when I asked for her name.
