Elvis explained that he had information regarding our needs for elderly medical related equipment. We explained that we were on the Federal Do Not Call list, and that we had not asked for info regarding or had any need for such medical equipment, so wanted to know how he had our info. He repeatedly dodged the question. We asked for a manager several times during the call and were told every time that there was no manager on staff to hear our complaint. We were told that is was a call center environment, but that there was no way to lodge a complaint with this company. The phone number came in on caller ID as "Walla Walla, WA" and the phone number of 509-956-3095.

Stated the product was being sent free, and I had to pay nothing, just agree to accept it. I have received two previous identical recorded o calls but did write down information. At the end I was given option to decline which I did but this does not stop the calls.
Claim was made that the product and shipping were already paid for. I DO NOT order things this way.
