Called to tell me I "qualified" for a reduction in my credit card rate.
"Jody Smith" with "ID # 8564" called me. She was "Jody" like the Russian guy in the Capital One commercial was "Peggy"

Said she was calling from Florida

Don't know if it was a telemarketer or a scam call.

Caller: Did not say company- just "Jody Smith"

A lowered interest rate on my credit card loans because of the government stimulus package. The exact same recording as my previous complaints. They are coming from different numbers and different caller ID names

automated pre-recorded message stating that they are calling to sell me services based upon my credit rating. When I pressed 1 to be connected to a live person to request that they confirm they are aware my number is on the do not call list and to request they ensure they don't call again- it simply hung up- no live person was ever offered

"The FBI reports...[statistic about number of home break-ins] in your area. If you let us put a small sign in your yard, we will install a free home security system." I am on the no call list and have received this call several times.
