On previous call, they gave me this number to call back on. It's the same people as 510-246-9553. All East Indian accents

510-246-8560 said name was Luke Harper from Norton Security and my IP address had been hacked. Wanted me to log onto my laptop. Has called 2-3 times a day for past three days. Called Norton's official number and reported the calls.

A Kevin Foster (heavy Indian accent) claimed to be from HP as they received notification suspicious activity coming from my computer. After I said I would need to verify this call was legitimate, they called back 3 days later. New number they gave me was 510-246-8553 "Rick Parker" again another Indian caller who had an Indian supervisor who stated the CEO from HP is Indian and hires all Indians. Google showed CEO as a clearly Caucasian woman! They had my email address and first and last name.

Same number called me. They claimed they were Microsoft.

Claimed to be "Claire Watson" from "Symantek Yahoo Hacking Division". She seems to be using a fake name with a heavy accent, and is apparently an Asian Indian scammer from a call center in India or Malaysia, seeking to get control of your computer for ID theft or ransomware. Apparently using a VOIP protocol to appear to be from Mountain View, California. Appears to be coached with a cybercrime boss in the background when asked for company name and address. Report to ftc.gov.
