Called and left message concerning second notice for me to appear in court. Give away signs: Indian accent, used the term "magistrate", we don't have magistrates in the United States and gave name of Kevin Mason. I have a phone blocker and he was blocked.

Kevin Mason. He called 4 times today. Its the same number. He says there going to take action if you don't call back. The pone number is 1-510-256-0351

Yes, I had the same robo call today. I believe the IRS would be corresponding by mail instead of phone calls. I have no outstanding debt so I am not worried and will block this number from my phone.

I received the same calls numerous times from the same person. Very threating but a definite scam. Hang up or do not take the call!

Received a call and the message said something about a second attempt for the first appearance in federal court. I tried to call back but the message said "THE VERIZON WIRELESS CUSTOMER WAS UNAVAILABLE". I'm saying it is a scam

Said they were from the US treasury. Said I owed back taxes in the amount of 4520 and I was going to be arrested. Told them I'd get dressed and go to local police to turn myself in and they hung up on me. Called me back 5 min later requesting cash payment as alternative. I humored them but they wanted me to record the transaction to make sure I was legit. The guy then said, nevermind you will go to jail. Right after I #! $@ your mom. He then hung up. Quite comical if you ask me

Kevin Mason called twice today. Once at 12:25pm and then again at 8:30pm. Calls identical, as though a recording or reading from a script. Needless to say I did not return his calls.
