t have the number so she gave me PGnEs number to call and get the ID

Yes. Said her name was Nicki and was calling from Vista Energy on behalf of PG&E. She wanted to know if I still qualified for some kind of saving with my natural gas. She wanted my service agreement ID number. She even went so far as to say she was instructed to wait for me to find an old bill to locate the number. When I told her I shred my bills, she gave me a PG&E number to call to get the number.(no service agreement ID). I'm sorry to bother you and we'll update our information. There was background noise like in an office. She gave me 15 minutes to look for the bill, hung up and called back in 20 minutes. This was on 9/24/2015.

Also claimed to be from PG&E. PG&E calls should have caller ID that says they are from PG&E right?

Claimed to be from PG&E, but didn't answer that way when I called back.
