said he was from green energy advisors, subcontractor for PACE energy program. When I asked for a website or verifiable info he got belligerent. Said he had never been asked such a question. He insulted me, called me stupid, asked me to stop harassing him (WTF!?!?) and hung up.

I got a call from "James" and he said the same thing about PACE Program and he wanted to have someone come over to my house! Then when I asked him why are you calling from a different number he said it's a business I have different lines.

He wanted to have me get a loan for home improvements. He kept telling me I'm qualified but refused to tell me for what. I when asked him why he called, he hung up
