This is the same old credit card scam from "Rachel". I can't count the number of times these people have called. Please put an end to robo-calling and these criminals!

Credit card rate adjustment

Card Services is the name they give. It is for reducing credit costs - house etc. This has been going on since January of this year (2012). I have received as many as 5 calls in one day. I have pressed the number they suggest to cease the calls and I have pressed the number to speak to the agent and asked them to stop calling me. They always say they will take care of it but I continue to receive calls. I recognize the recorded voice of "Rachel", the one who calls most often. I have left complaints on the "Do Not Call" line but continue to receive calls. I signed up a couple more times thinking there was some error but that has done no good. I had a list of many of the calls but I can't locate it just now but they have been numerous throughout this year. The latest one is listed above. The number shown on caller ID for today's call is 510-335-1032. The only name I heard was "Card Services"
