They have called me 4 times in the past few days. I have repeatedly asked them not to call. I told them I thought their calls were BS. Today the caller would not hang up the phone even though I told him I would not speak with him. I hung up and he called me right back - while I was at work. Unacceptable!!!!!

Do people actually believe these scammers that their computers are actually putting out a virus message that Microsoft themselves monitor and call you up to repair? I have gotten these call center, India/Middle Eastern 'technicians' calling and despite their persistence and my informing them that none of my computers are Windows based (all Macs here), I was informed that I was as liar and a few other unsavory and extremely unprofessional acronyms. Please people... this ranks up there with those click like, share, and forward to 4,000 of your friends so God with love you posts and emails. This is not how any of this works!

"David" called me back in February stating that my computer had a virus and he was calling from Microsoft to fix the problem. After over 3 hours of keeping me on the phone and computer, he claimed the problem was fixed and for a $300. 00 fee he could finalize the fix. After already having gained access to my computer, now he tells me about a fee! I stated that I was a retiree and could not afford that fee and he immediately reduced the fee to $150.00 of which I could pay half at that time using Pay Pal and the other half a month later. He stated that due to the late hour, he would have to complete the process the next Monday. I gave him the times I was available as I work a part time job. I was not able to answer his call back on Monday as I had to work later than planned. He left me a nasty VM stating that I had requested this time and I didn't answer! He never did call back so on Wed I tried to call the number he gave me and I received a recorded message stating my call could not be completed as dialed. I tried several more times with no success. My computer is not operating properly. However they did get paid through my PayPal account. He finally called me back and left a VM on 3/24/2017 and gave me that same phone number to call him back. I got a VM and left him a message to call me on Monday 3/27/2017 after 5pm. I got home early and tried calling him. He answered. And after a few minutes of me explaining my problems, some very loud background noise on his end was overcoming our conversation. At this time, David says, "hang up Judith, we have a bad connection, I'll call you right back. Well it has now been an hour and no call from David. I tried calling him back but all I get is his VM. I am very upset and totally disgusted with this treatment!
