It seems that these criminals own a large block of numbers all starting with 510-462-10xx. They call at least twice a day, usually three times, all within a few minutes apart. I have never answered more than the first one of these calls but it seems to be some kind of travel scam from other reports. There is no point in reporting these to FTC or FCC. Nothing is ever done and the do-not-call registry is just a shopping list for criminals. The current administration will no doubt make such calls perfectly legal.
