Called and did not leave a message. So far only once. Henry

I was merely comparing prices for changing a bath/shower to a walk-in shower for the future, and they have called 5-6 times a day since. Not the way to get me as a customer! They never leave a message - or I would have called and requested to be taken off their "to call" list. For sure will not buy from them when I'm ready! PS: I, too, am on the "Do Not Call" list,which is a joke - I still get numerous calls a day from various telemarketers (and I will NEVER buy over the phone). Sometimes they even call from cell phones! (My landline services gives me this info on incoming calls ...)

I received caller from this same number for about 2 weeks, but since didn't recognize it never took it and they have never left a message. They have called me at least twice a day, including Sundays. I was in the market for a bathtub for some remodeling I was doing a while back and clicked on their website, but already bought something else. All they had to do is leave a message and would have told them no longer in the market for anything they are selling. I will now just block them so don't have to keep looking at my phone when it rings. If they are truly representing American Standard I will cross them off the list of future people to buy from.

Caller identified as being from American Standard Walk-in Tubs & Showers, but we have not requested information regarding their services. We are on the Do Not Call registry.

I have received back to back calls from this number and like others i have not reached out to American Standard for anything ugh

Although I did check out the subject, no where did I ask for someone to call me. Up to five calls a day. Now they are even calling on Sunday. On a holiday weekend. I will be buying from a different company when I am ready to buy. This is harassment. And I am on the do-not-call list. I should sue.

I have the same problem. I don't buy from a telemarketer. It is more advantageous to compare prices, not listen to a speil from someone who really has no knowledge of what I am looking for, but only what they are trying to sell.(22 yrs of RETAIL, got smart and RETIRED).

I merely made an inquiry via the internet about the product and I have received at least 3 calls per day every day since then. Please! If you want to do a favor, provide ball park figures to us folks who need to watch our funds and allow us to make our own decisions. Thanks!

I would think these calls could be called harassment, I've gotten as many as 4 or 5 every day.

This number is from American Standard company--Walk in bath tubs & showers. The called left a message & call back number of 1-866-951-5557
