I touched 1 and was connected to a boiler room environment (background phone chatter). Agent haltingly went through script. I've been selected because I always pay on time. Do I have a credit card balance over $3500?

I got a phone call saying "to lower your interest rate on your credit card press 1". I pressed 1 & a man came on the line & started asking questions about my debt, before begining to aswer I asked "which card was he calling in reference to". He then started asking more questions. I asked again, "which card are you calling in reference to, what are the last 4 digits of the card?" He said: "mam do you have a Chase or Bank of America Credit Card?" I said: "a lot of people have those cards, which are you calling me about. I need to know if this is a lagitament caller or not." He then proceeded to tell me to take my cards and go FU** myself and hung up.
