Heather from Account Services of Credit Card Services states that we qualify for new lower interest rates with all of our credit cards. They request us to press #1 to speak to an agent. When an agent answers if we want to list all of our credit cards with them, we tell them they are calling a "a do not call registered number" they hang up the phone
