(510) 751-4928

I was harassed by someone calling from this number (510) 751-4928 HAYWARD 4/26/2012 threatening me with my personal info which was obviously sold to them after I applied for online loans (Stupid I know but I was desperate).

They had my birthdate, last 4 of my social security and place of employment.

Harassment by VERY AGGRESSIVE INDIAN FEMALE who raised her voice and made various accusations:
I will be served a subpoena
I will be picked up the police and go to jail
I am being sued for $8,000

I'm very upset over this because I cannot believe a complete stranger would verbally attack and intimidate me.

I feel this is the type of thing which can be used to target the elderly.

Appears to be the group out of india that calls and threatens with lawsuit etc. there is an fbi warning on that scam group (acs or something).
