Phone rings several times a day and never leaves messages. No answer when I try to return call.

They didn't say anything

Said she was from Publishers, that I was on their preferred customer list, she sold magazines. She had public info and made it sound like I dealt business with them before.

She left a voice mail but all she said was "Hello? Hello? May I speak to ____?". She knew my name & it was a local # but the sound of the back ground told me it wasn't someone I knew.

Calls and breaths then spews out some foreign tongue.
