Phone rang at 7:00 PM (est) on a Saturday - caller left no message. Caller Id listed as Oakland, CA for 510-851-8679. I do not know anyone in Oakland Ca, so I did not pick up the receiver.

Asked if I planned in the November voting. I said yes, I always vote. Wanted me to answer a survey. I said I do not answer survey's on the phone and hung up.
Called left no message.

Said they got my Texas phone number from voter registration and they were calling from California.
