It is a scam trying to get you to send them money as they are saying that there are tax fraud charges against you and you can clear it up by purchasing some VISA or Mastercard Debit cards and preload them with the funds you owe them. Then you call back and give them the numbers off of the cards..They take the money and you have been robbed by scammers.
