Called twice = did not answer the second time they called in about 5 minutes -- use threats of jail time, etc -- but will not tell you where they are calling from or what county or state -- they are calling from -- they scare you with threats -- that the sheriff will show up at your door -- was told my daughter was impersonating me -- anything to get me scared and upset -- think that this is ploy to get me to pay my daughter;s bills -- understand that this is connected with student loans -- The caller used a bogus name of John Smith.
They called my job on 3/1//2011. I called them back today and spoke with a lady named Karen Martin or so she said. Called back and spoke with a man who never revealed his name. She told me I would be arrested tomorrow morning. I called BBB and she referred me to Federal Trade Commision! I filed a report against them. They call themselves ACS! I suggest you file a report also!
USED THREATS OF TAKING YOU TO COURT AND THAT IF THE NAMED PERSON DOES NOT PAY THEN I WILL HAVE TO PAY -- THEN SAYS SOME ONE IS IMPERSONATING ME ---
