The use of a robo caller is to try and get you the unsuspecting consumer to give up personal information and access your computers hard drive and drain you bank accounts, etc. These companies circumvent the do not call list and related laws because Congress and a few well to do idiots cannot understand the law, nor the internet for that matter.

To fight back all you need to do is write a letter to these people and demand they stop calling, if you have a smart phone use the phones feature to block their calls. Use a home phone for the same thing. Contact your state attorney generals office and file a claim. This company does business in several states and even Canada.

This company is trying to scam you into providing personal information and will no doubt use that information to raid your computers HDD.

You may try and send a letter via certified mail to these people and demand they stop calling you with Rachael - the robo caller bitch. That is what I have done and am still waiting an answer. I'll try and remember to update when I get a response. Their operators hang up when you demand to be removed from their call lists as they do not have that ability and the operators only want your information.
