Calls my cell phone and leaves a desperate sounding message that I MUST call them back. Then they immediately send me a text message "PLEASE IT IS URGENT THAT YOU CALL BACK." I'm thinking someone in my family is hurt some how, I have elderly parents. When I do call back, I get a recording that the caller is unable to answer at this time and I should call back. I hate this crap!
