Call stated he was Mr. Davis from, Civil Diviision and attempted to serve papers. He also said to call 1-888-864-4232 Monday-Thursday 8am til 4pm and Friday 8am til 5.pm

This is a civil division for pay day loan scams calls several times, however, they don't listen and still call, block your caller!
