Yes same thing got 3 calls with first notice second notice all in one day 2 hrs apart

And Indian-sounding voice (hard to understand) identified himself as Steve Martin. In broken English, the jist was that I had to call him back about taxes due of I could be fored to appear before a 'magistrate judge."
